My Disney Bucket List

I thought tonight I would come up with a Disney Bucket List. Things I want to do at Disney before I die- and there are a lot. Good thing I'm planning on living there! haha :)

- Treat my mom to Afternoon Tea at the Grand Floridian. It's always been something she has wanted to do there.
- Stay at the Contemporary.
- Watch Wishes from the beach at the Poly.
- Eat at Le Cellier again. (It is absolutely impossible to get a reservation!)
- Be evacuated from a ride.
- Ride Space Mountain with the lights on.
- Ride Characters in Flight (I have tried SO many times, only to have weather ruin my plans.)
- Do the Backstage Magic Tour- the long one.
- Do the Around the World Segway tour at Epcot.
- Get picked to go on stage at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue
- Ride Summit Plummit
- Dance with Prince Charming at 1900 Park Fare.

I'm sure there are many more I'm forgetting and I will add to this list as time goes on. :)

I just have to be patient...

That's what I have to keep telling myself... my time is coming- I just have to be patient. Those of you who check disneyauditions.com everyday and are following them on twitter (like me..) know that they start auditions next week for performers on the new Disney Cruise Line ship, the Disney Dream. I want to go SO badly. But the contracts last a year and I have one more year of college. They are also having lots of auditions for Hong Kong Disneyland. That's super-tempting, too because there are probably less people auditioning to go work in Hong Kong, therefore I'd have a better chance. But again- it's a 6 month contract starting in September and I have school. (Plus my mother said that that cannot be my first job as a princess because she will not fly there to see me lol) And also, WDW is having look-a-like and character performer auditions. uggghhhh

I just have to keep reminding myself that I can't go now. I have to finish school. And in January I will apply for the CP and next year at this time I will be moving to Florida to live my dream. I just have to be patient. I only have to wait til January and then I can start this crazy process of applying. I can do it.

I think I can do it...

Dream Locations: Attractions!

Here are my dream locations for Attractions! The order is debatable for me of the top 5, so I'm not going to number them. I'd be happy with any of them. I'll start with an Honorable Mention, though.

Honorable Mention: Star Tours

I'm a Star Wars fanatic, so why wouldn't I want to work here?

American Adventure

I love this show, and the pavilion itself is just gorgeous. This is one of my favorites in Epcot. Plus, I love the colonial age costumes and it's air conditioned!

Haunted Mansion

I know, everyone wants to work here. But I think it would be awesome to creep people out all day. And at the Halloween parties the maids and butlers get to dress up even more and be extra-creepy.

Kilimanjaro Safaris

This was never on my list before I had my drivers license. Now that I have it, it has risen in the ranks of attractions I would love to work. It would never be the same ride twice, you could learn so much about the animals, and you'd get to see that view of the Savannah every day. Other than the heat, I think this would be pretty awesome.

Great Movie Ride

I love this attraction. It's classic. And I think my theater training would make this a great attraction for me. I have no problem memorizing monologues, and they need more people willing to be actors for this attraction. I've gotten some very bland guides before.. (And some awesome ones, too- I'm not saying they're all bad!)

Jungle Cruise

Another monologue, theater training would benefit attraction. This would be super fun. I think I could do a great job and have a great time doing it.

Those are my top choices! They're are many more I would love to work at- hey as long as I'm working in WDW I'd be happy!

Have a Magical Day!

school's out for summer!

I'm DONE!!!!

I officially finished my junior year of college last Thursday! YAY! I got a 4.0 again this semester! YAY! haha I'm just so thrilled to be done for this year. This past semester was a rough one. So now comes summer!

I don't have any plans for this summer, per se. I'm planning on doing Princess Parties and working on a project I have had in the works for a while. (More on that some other time!)

I also got my hair cut! I haven't had hair this short in a long time! It's just at my shoulders. It's a big change, but I like it.

I'm going to do a dream Attractions location post next. Entertainment is my first choice of role, but Attractions is my second choice. So I'll blog about that!

Have a Magical Day everyone!

Have a Magical Day!

Formspring.

Do you know who inspired the look of belle? Like what did animators use for reference when creating her?

I don't know for sure- I've heard Alyssa Milano, but I'm not quite sure if that's true.
